Samar joined the field of Quality Assurance and Process Improvement after her graduation from the Faculty of Computer and Information sciences at Ain shams University in 2004. Throughout her journey, she went through different levels of the Operational Excellence including Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Risk Management, Project Management, Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Consultation.
Before Joining ITWorx in 2018, Samar has been working at the Information Technology industry, Telecommunications, and Services Domains for more than 17 years. She worked at We Mobile as a Corporate Quality Manager, at TE Data as a Quality Planning and Assurance Manager, and at DMS as the Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Manager.
Samar currently serves as ITWorx’s Operational Senior Manager. Her role is focusing on different Operational Excellence aspects including Organizational Reporting, Process Improvement, Quality Assurance, and Certifications Audits. Moreover, she is responsible for the improvement processes at ITWorx besides applying several quality frameworks and best practices to streamline the whole value chain across the organization.
Samar is Certified “Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor, and CMMI – Dev Ver2.0 Associate”.
