Ramy serves as ITWorx Executive Director of Finance overseeing Accounting, Budgeting, Procurement, and Revenue Assurance and Credit Management. His 15-year journey with ITWorx started in 2005 when he joined as Senior Budgeting and Reporting Specialist and has been owning increasing responsibilities since then.
Prior to ITWorx, Ramy was a reporting and analyst accountant at Global Direct TV (Showtime) where he spent 7 years after completing his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Ain Shams University.
Ramy is a professional handball player, who played for the Egyptian national junior Handball team from the age of 13 until the 1993 IHF Men’s Junior World Championship that was hosted and won by Egypt.
When he’s not crunching numbers at work or playing handball, Ramy is a loving family man who enjoys playing hide and seek with his three children or relaxing on the couch with a novel.
