Ayman currently holds the position of Director of Capability and Innovation. He has been an integral part of ITWorx since 2005. For 19+ years at ITWorx, Ayman has navigated through diverse technical and managerial roles within the services organization.
In his current capacity as Director of Capability and Innovation, Ayman oversees the implementation of top-notch technical capability-building programs for all talented individuals at ITWorx. His responsibilities extend to ensuring the optimal placement of skilled professionals supporting ITWorx’s digital transformation journey by adopting cutting-edge technologies and innovative work methodologies. Ayman strives to maximize value for ITWorx talents by leveraging the best tools and training programs, staying attuned to market trends and evolving work practices, and aligning these efforts with ITWorx’s overarching strategy and goals. Ayman ensures that ITWorxians remain updated and fluently innovative in all technical languages.
Having spent 19+ years at ITWorx, Ayman expresses a deep sense of belonging, considering the company his home. He cannot envision working elsewhere or finding the right environment, colleagues, and friends at ITWorx.
Despite his managerial roles over the last 15+ years, Ayman sees himself as a tech geek. His passion for development remains strong, and he continues to engage in coding activities in his spare time. Ayman has successfully created various personal applications and games throughout the years, showcasing his ongoing commitment to the technical aspects of his profession.
Ayman earned his Bachelor’s in Computer and System Engineering from Ain Shams University in 1999. He has pursued continuous learning throughout his career, participating in various technical and managerial training programs.
Before joining ITWorx, Ayman contributed significantly to the IBM Cairo Technology Development Center for almost six years. During this period, he was pivotal in overseeing one of IBM’s crucial libraries supporting the Unicode bi-directional algorithm and the Arabic language across the region.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Ayman is a devoted family man and takes pride in being the father of Noor and Mahmoud. During his leisure time, he enjoys quality moments with his family. He immerses himself in his passion for fish keeping and breeding and the captivating hobby of aquascaping aquarium planted tanks.
