ITWorx: It Works Because We Have Removed the Red Tape!
In direct alignment with our people-first approach, our values are premised on fostering an internal cultural paradigm primarily defined by happiness and applied through our ITWorxians’ inspiring agility, innate integrity, and never-ending passion. This ultimately culminates in how ITWorx conceptualizes and – quite literally – spells H.A.P.P.P.I-ness (Happiness, Agility, People, Profit, Passion, and Integrity).
Today, we wish to tell you a little bit more about our commitment to our ‘Integrity’ pillar. At ITWorx, we believe that integrity begins with open lines of communication, colored by honesty and powered by transparency. Indeed, at ITWorx, we believe that integrity cannot be realized without prior commitment to fostering and reinforcing a workplace paradigm governed by conscientious collaboration and positive, tactful, and strategic communication in and throughout our organization. In other words, at ITWorx, we view our ‘Integrity’ not simply as an end in and of itself; we view integrity to enhance our people-first approach in everything we do!
ITWorx is home to an assortment of internal initiatives that reflect our commitment to integrity and transparency; one of these initiatives is our Mondays with the President. A group of ITWorxians – ranging in experience, age, departments, and specialties – are randomly selected to attend a meeting with ITWorx’s President, Asser Ezzo. Through this bimonthly occurrence, ITWorxians present novel ideas and communicate concerns openly and directly to ITWorx’s President. This fosters an environment of transparency and creates room for ITWorxians’ voices to be genuinely heard, with no room for the typical bureaucratic/organizational red tape to impede fruitful change!
