Cyber Security Talk - AUC
Dr. Sherif Wagih – CIO of ITWorx – who is a Professor in IT service management and an expert certified in ITIL, and Ph.D candidate at the Swiss School of Management gave a talk at the AUC about business process automation and infrastructure services and cloud capabilities focusing on cyber security.
Sherif Wagih has obtained numerous technical certifications in the fields of IT infrastructure, project management, strategy, and service management. His areas of expertise also include IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Service Management, Crisis Management, Emergency Response, and Disaster Recovery.
Software Requirements for Enterprises Session at Ain Shams University

Event Description: ITWORX conducted a “Software Requirements for Enterprises Session” at the Faculty of Computers and Information Systems – Ain Shams University.
During the session, students learned about the stages of the Software Requirements Phase from the initiation of software projects till their delivery, in addition to the key soft skills required to be a successful business analyst.
