As the Executive Director of EMEA Services at ITWorx, Michael oversees ITWorx’s Services in the EMEA region: Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His role encompasses leading our services strategy and managing the delivery of valuable services, projects, and consultancy to our customers. He ensures the company achieves its revenue and margin targets while providing visionary leadership for the entire organization. Prioritizing the happiness of his team, Michael is committed to fulfilling the ITWorx People’s agenda alongside our leadership team.
With over two decades of experience in the Information Technology sector, Michael’s expertise spans various business domains. He has a proven track record in delivery management, business development, project and people management, and technical sales. His experience covers diverse regions and cultures, including Egypt, the USA, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, and Africa.
Before joining ITWorx, Michael was pivotal at Microsoft as a Technical Sales Manager for the Intelligent Cloud in the MEA region. He also served as the Technical Director at OMS and for over five years as the Services Delivery Manager there.
Michael is an alumnus of Ain Shams University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering in 1999.
On the personal front, Michael is a dedicated family man, married with two daughters, Emma and Lilly. In his leisure time, Michael indulges in his passion for dog breeding, often found in his small dog kennel, enjoying moments with his dogs as a certified dog breeder.
